After taking in the warm coastal breezes and panoramic views from the sky deck, guests will enjoy a three-course meal that begins with a Baby Spinach and Mushroom Salad. Choice of entrée includes Filet en Croute, Gulf Shrimp Scampi Fettuccini, Chicken Cordon Bleu and Vegetable Lasagna. The meal ends with Chef’s choice of dessert. The children’s menu includes Chicken Tenders, Macaroni & Cheese and fresh seasonal Vegetables.
The SOLARIS Easter Lunch Cruise is $55/adult and $25/child (ages 3-10) including a three-course meal and two-hour cruise. Boarding begins at 12:15 p.m. with the cruise running from 1 – 3 p.m.
