Front Porches Become Stages at Annual Watersound Origins Event – Oct 8

Fall’s almost here. That wonderful time of year when the weather cools off and relaxing on the porch becomes a main event. To celebrate, enjoy a FREE party at the 5^th Annual Watersound Origins Porchfest taking place on October 8, 2023, at The Watersound Origins community.

Front porches and lawns throughout the neighborhood will come alive with live music.

Attendees will have the pleasure of meandering through the community, serenaded by live performances from Mary Bragg (with full band), Tanglewood, Boukou Groove Duo, Weston T. Hine, and Lori Ubowski.

Back again this year, The 30A Songwriters Festival Stage will showcase festival favorite – Mary Bragg (with full band). With her stunning new album, ‘Violets as Camouflage,’ Bragg examines vulnerability in all its delicate splendor, holding it up like a diamond to the light as she carefully studies each sparkling facet.

Local food trucks Curry in a Hurry and MyOhana will be onsite during the event. Guests are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets.
