One of the embodiments of these values is the Beach House, an architectural gem among the dunes that will be the center for beach life and relishing the outdoors for Kaiya owners and guests.
Located at the southern end of the community, perched atop the rolling dunes, the Beach House features panoramic views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and direct, private access to the beach.
Walks on the sugar sand and sunbathing along the shore are just steps below the Beach House where beach chairs and umbrellas await.
The large infinity pool, plenty of lounge space on the pool deck, and covered pool loggia offer the luxury of relaxation as well as a fun environment for outdoor play. Cool waters, cocktails, healthy juices, and cuisine are at one’s beck and call to be enjoyed poolside or on one of the terraces. Additional spaces include the club room with concierge food, drink, and other services, and a rooftop terrace with the best views 30A has to offer.
