This large and charming lake-side establishment offers a delightful menu of perfectly grilled fish, mouthwatering seafood pasta, sumptuous crab cakes, and its very popular sushi rolls. With its laid-back vibe and friendly service, Old Florida Fish House captures the essence of casual coastal living, making it a must-visit destination for seafood enthusiasts on 30A. Old Florida Fish House is open for lunch from 11 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. and dinner from 4:30 p.m. – 10 p.m.

Third Place: Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar

Located directly on 30A across the street from Gulf Place and the beautiful beach, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and claims the well-deserved third spot on 30A’s Hot Spots for Seafood list. Seagrove Village Market Cafe

Tucked just north of 30A in the heart of Seagrove Beach, Seagrove Village Market Cafe is a long-standing gem treasured by locals and visitors alike. From their famous shrimp po’ boys to their mouth-watering fried seafood baskets, Seagrove Village Market is a must-do tradition for those seeking authentic coastal flavors, prepared precisely as they have been for decades. Local Catch Bar & Grill

Down Island

Down Island is a culinary gem located directly on Highway 98, right in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach. Founded by Chef Brannon Janca, (who was also the co-founder of Stinky’s Fish Camp), Down Island brings together Janca’s Mississippi Gulf Coast roots and his unending love for food, art, and entertainment. Café Thirty-A
