WaterColor Inn completed two eagerly-awaited, expansive projects overseen by the WaterColor Community Association – an expansion of WaterColor Beach Club and Camp WaterColor. These developments bring an array of family-friendly outdoor recreation and dining choices. Now, with a total of six pools, WaterColor proudly offers the highest number of pool accesses along Scenic Highway 30A. Next door, FOOW restaurant is open for lunch, dinner and happy hour after thorough renovations and menu updates. An iteration of the previous Fish Out of Water, FOOW is the area’s only large family-style restaurants and bars overlooking the Gulf in a casual and approachable setting.
There’s also an expansive and perfectly-manicured butterfly garden in the middle of WaterColor, known as Cerulean Park. Town planners also designed gorgeous bridges, boardwalks and an extensive nature trail along the shores of Western Lake.
Just a short stroll or bike ride to the west, and you’ll cross 30A‘s stunning Western Lake into Grayton Beach State Park. Or, take a few steps to the east, and you’ll enter Seaside – sometimes jokingly and affectionately referred to by residents as WaterColor’s “Historic District.”
