We invite you to gather under the light of the Hunters Moon for an Alys Beach Supper Club Series wild game feast, an autumnal evening of camaraderie. Beneath Caliza’s palm canopy on Monday, November 14 from 6-9pm, we’ll celebrate the harvest and hunt with a rustic, cozy setting for an approachable, game-based menu. Featuring escargot, duck, and venison as focal points alongside traditional heirloom ingredients, this special menu will be prepared with homage to heritage, a collaboration between Native American preparations and French culinary influences. It will pair with hand-selected bourbons and big, full-bodied red wines.
