Ballet is the core of all dance genres. Classes will focus on technique, terminology and sequencing of movement whilst improving posture, strength, flexibility and balance. Dancers will learn how to leap, turn, and take a bow with grace and confidence. Dance attire strongly suggested, ballet shoes required.
