The Friends of Eden Gardens invite the community to the annual Camellia Festival at Eden Gardens State Park on Saturday, February 8th, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Eden Gardens State Park is home to over 370 camellias, which begin blooming in late November and continue to brighten the park throughout the winter months. Visitors can explore the stunning gardens, admire the unique camellias, and enjoy various activities, including displays, demonstrations, historic re-enactments, and educational sessions on camellia propagation and care. Camellias will also be available for purchase as part of a fundraiser supporting the park.
Hosted by the Friends of Eden Gardens State Park, the festival is free to attend with paid park admission ($4 per vehicle). Additional parking will be available at Bay School, with a tram service providing transportation to the park.
