Every Friday Chef Korman is creating a tasting menu of his modern American fare at the Seafood Bar. His weekly series, Chef’s Counter, A Friday Night Tasting, features an eight-course menu highlighting “seasonal farm-to-fork” ingredients in creative combinations for $89 (with an additional $45 wine pairing option). Reservations are required, as this special dinner has limited seating for eight guests each week.
