In the Garden– Ms. Sierra; certified yoga, level 1 forest school and Wilderness First Aid with Bachelors in phys. Ed and health is teaching Kids Yoga in the garden area of Coastal Library. Wednesdays 9:30 am join Ms. Sierra for story time, guided nature play, child led learning, art, sensory exploration, movement and yoga, connecting with the earth and each other. Please bring a mat.
