Roux’s First Sundays Cooking Series will kick off in October and continue through February with special themes each month. To begin, Chef John will teach students how to perfect Coastal Italian cuisine, preparing an entire fish, pasta + a paired sauce, and finishing with creamy pannacotta.
In November, join Roux 30a and master Classic French cuisines, like cassoulet, duck confit, and creme brulee. If you’re interested in learning how to utilize fresh, local produce, attend December’s First Sunday Cooking Class, where Chef John will center the meal around winter vegetables. Perfect the art of brunch in January, and learn how to make chicken paella & tres leches during February’s Spanish-themed class.
