The Emerald Coast Meditation Society (ECMS) warmly welcomes guest speaker, Pat Cummins, to our in person meeting at Christ the King Episcopal Church.

This month’s guest speaker is Pat Cummins, a Shamanic Breath work practitioner for more than 20 years and member of ECMS. According to Pat, “shamanic breathing is an inwards journey that allows and encourages journeyers to access their personal wellspring of wisdom”. It involves activating chakra energy centers.

ECMS is nonsectarian and free and welcomes all! We do accept donations for Christ the King Episcopal Church for allowing use of its parish hall.
