Sally Peterson will be offering an introductory talk on the Transcendental Meditation technique .
Hosted by the Emerald Coast Meditation Society, the monthly in person meeting will focus on the benefits of transcendental meditation in creating space to act purposefully during stressful times. It is a meditative technique for quieting the mind and an antidote to fear and anxiety.
The Emerald Coast Meditation Society is a non-sectarian group of meditators at all levels and is open and free to the public. If you are new to meditation and would like basic instruction, please arrive early at 6:15 pm.
