Join us in person next Thursday, January 18th when Laura Kalin Behr, Transformational Therapist will be guest speaker. Laura’s topic is “Creating Reality through Meditation and Mindset.” We meet at Christ the King Epicsopal Church in Santa Rosa Beach from 4:30 – 6:00 pm.

Originally a New Yorker, Laura came to San Destin in the 90s but travelled internationally many years for an economonic software company. She has degrees in Business Writing and Teaching/Learning with an emphasis on critical thinking in Literature. After 18 years of teaching at many levels, Laura became a psychotherapist with a special interest in working with adolescents dealing with past and present trauma. She is currently leading “healing circles” for women living in shelters on the Emerald Coast.

ECMS is nonsectarian, free and welcomes meditators at all levels. If you are a beginning meditator and would like basic instructions, please arrive early at 4:00 pm in the Parish Hall of Christ the King Church.
