Chalk artists, musicians, high-quality artist vendors will color the streets of downtown Panama City with eye-catching 3-D installations, groovy sounds, and unique handcrafted artwork.

• Fine Arts Market—A revival of the beloved Spring Festival of the Arts, featuring high-quality artwork from all over the region.
• We’ve added a third day of fun! Kick off the festival with us on Friday evening, then come back Saturday and Sunday to watch chalk artists in action and shop with local fine artists.

Family-friendly and free to the public.
This is a rain or shine event.

Come down on Friday to see the artists at work creating their installations, then return on Saturday and Sunday to see the finished product! The art will be available to see as long as the chalk lasts (depending on weather and traffic over the art).

2026 APPLICANTS: Official correspondence will only be sent via email after you’ve submitted an application to be an artist, vendor, musician, or volunteer. Official applications will only be found at flluxeartsfestival.com.
