Chef Joyce and her famous dish can be found at North Beach Social and Farm & Fire on Wednesdays and at 87 Central in Seaside on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders are taken starting at 5:30 PM and paella is ready around 7:00 PM. Chef Joyce learned her famous recipe while in Spain, which she has continued to tweak over the years to bring some panhandle flair. Her use of chorizo instead of plain sausage adds a little extra spice kick, so this dish is not for the faint of heart! North Beach Social customers can order paella at the counter as usual and receive a ticket for paella. When service starts, customers can grab their plates at the paella stand. Farm & Fire customers can order at their table or at the bar, and it is delivered table side.
