This fast-paced, 45-minute class is designed to target and strengthen your core muscles, improve posture, and enhance stability. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, modifications are offered to meet all fitness levels. Expect a mix of floor exercises, dynamic movements, and bodyweight routines, all designed to increase muscle endurance and tone your midsection. This class takes place at the SEASIDE® Assembly Hall.
