Shelter House’s Annual Palate & Palette Dinner will be held Saturday, February 7, 2026. Celebrating TEN years, this pop-up style wine dinner is a unique experience, as Drive The Coast’s show room is transformed into a chic, intimate venue with a metropolitan feel. The evening will begin with a cocktail hour and hors d’oeuvres at 6PM with the program and dinner beginning at 7PM.

Enjoy a five-course seated tapas tasting prepared by five renowned local chefs, each course thoughtfully paired with fine wines. Guests can explore the expansive silent auction, enjoy music, sip a signature cocktail, and capture memories in the Epic Photo Booth.
