Guests are invited to unwind and reset during Sound Bath Sundays at Hotel Effie, a calming series led by Beverly Kennedy (@lighthoneysoundandhealing). Each 90-minute session is designed to soothe the mind, restore balance, and elevate overall wellbeing through an immersive journey of sound and stillness. Participants will experience a rich symphony of vibrations featuring vocals, chimes, drums, gongs, harps, singing bowls and other melodic instruments that promote deep relaxation. The tranquil experience offers the perfect way to close out the week and reconnect with inner peace. Sessions take place from 6:00–7:30 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Meeting Spaces at Hotel Effie. Upcoming gatherings include November 2, 16, 30, and December 14 and 28. No reservations are required — guests can simply settle in, let go, and allow the sounds to wash over them for a deeply restorative experience.
