The first-of-its-kind dinner series by Emerald Coast Storytellers brings together two timeless traditions: sharing stories and breaking bread. This December, join us at the one-and-only Roux 30a for a journey down “Memory Lane.”

Story Theme: Memory Lane

Each dish will set the stage for stories that reflect on the paths we’ve traveled and the memories that shape us. As we savor each of the four courses, we’ll listen to tales that celebrate life’s milestones, treasured moments, and the people who’ve left a lasting impression along the way.

Tickets are $100 per person, with beverages and gratuity not included.

Owner of the award-winning Roux 30a, Nanbu Noodle Bar, and Daytrader Tiki Bar, Chef Nikhil Abuvala truly does it all. With a love for food passed down from generations of family cooks, Nikhil began his culinary journey at just 13. Nearly two decades later, he masterfully brings together flavors and stories from diverse cuisines, blending tradition and innovation.
