This camp is for students with a serious interest in aerial arts training. This 30 hour camp includes 25 hours of exclusive aerial & performance arts training.
This camp is designed to fast track aerial performance training for students ages 10-16, this is a beginner to intermediate level camp, we will have instructors for beginners and continued training. We will train on multiple apparatuses and will be working on flexibility, conditioning, technique and choreography for the Friday performance.
Students who complete this course, will have an opportunity to join a special training team at the beginning of the school year.
Please contact us if you student is younger than 10 but already takes classes with us or is athletic enough to participate in this camp.
*Performance for parent will be held on Friday at 4pm pickup. This is Included with camp training.
*Fill out contact form for discounts for multiple kids/ camps/ returning students.
*This is a progressive learning camp, students will addon to skills daily. Creating short sequences and making small routines.
*Waiver must be completed on day 1 of camp by parent/guardian.
*Must bring packed lunch, drink, and healthy snacks for each day. We suggest fruits, applesauce, light snacks.
*Please avoid bringing peanuts to camp.
*Bring a large labeled water bottle daily, this is not for lunch this is for physical aerial activities. *We have a water fountain for refills.
*We suggest students bring a notebook to log progress & notes.
*Instructors should be made aware of any health conditions or allergies prior to camp date.
*Student info sheet must be filled out prior to camp date.
*Activities/curriculum and instructors could change from day to day or week to week, as we rotate instructors based on what we are teaching for the week.
Student attire
Long hair should be pulled back.
*Tighter fitting fitness attire & leggings are suggested. Should cover the backs of the knees and the torso. No shorts or leotards should be worn without footless dance tights or leggings.
*No jewelry/watches can be worn on aerial equipment. No lotion should be applied.
*No phones are permitted to be used during camps, student may leave phone with belongings during lessons and may check phones on breaks, unless there is an emergency.
Camp Training Schedule
10 am – Drop off, check in & open train
10:30 am – Stretch/ warm up/ flexibility
11 am – Aerial hour one
12 pm – Lunch
12:30 pm – after lunch choreo chat/stretch
1 pm – Aerial hour 2
2 pm – Aerial hour 3
3 pm – performance training
4 pm – Pick up
