Ready to quit tobacco for good? Join Tobacco Free Florida’s Group Quit program, offered through the Florida Department of Health in Walton County and AHEC.

These free, expert-led sessions provide the support and resources you need to succeed—including free nicotine replacement therapy (patches, gum, or lozenges, if medically appropriate). You’ll develop a personalized quit plan and gain the tools to make your quit attempt last.
