On February 20, 2019, Pescado will welcome Michael Polenske, Founder of Blackbird Vineyards, to host a four-course wine dinner at the Rosemary Beach restaurant. Wines from Blackbird’s winemaker Aaron Pott will be served and guests enjoy an eclectic meal courtesy of Chef Ken Duenas. Michael Polenske and Chef Ken Duenas have collaborated on the menu, providing guests with exquisite and exciting flavors that will complement the five wines served.
