Every Friday from 8 AM to 9 AM, weather permitting, local instructor Mallory ~ @yogabymallory30A hosts a donation-based beginner to intermediate flow yoga within our Backyard of Love on the Garden Stage. Find space beneath massive oak trees and seasonal florals. A blanket is recommended for under your mat on wet days. Yoga mats for visitors and guests are available in the cafe by request.
