The welcoming guest bedroom is located to the left of the entrance and offers two comfortable double beds as well as a TV for added entertainment. Enjoy access to the guest bathroom, featuring a single vanity surrounded by granite countertops, as well as a gorgeously-tiled tubshower combination and beachy dcor. There is a washerdryer at the end of the hall as well, allowing you to pack lightly to leave plenty of room for souvenirs. The shared outdoor pool will be there all day for a refreshing splash. This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental. Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental. Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproofrestore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 800am through 500pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.
