The 30A area overall recorded 213 sales (down 47% from 391 sales for the same period in 2022) sales with 96% of properties selling at the listed price. Rosemary Beach registered three sales in Q1 with the average price per square foot going up 42% ($1742 in 2023 vs $1231 in 2022). The coveted Alys Beach neighborhood saw a 35% jump in average sold price ($6,105,897 in 2023 vs $4512165 in 2022).



118 properties were sold in Santa Rosa Beach, down slightly from 122 in 2022). New construction properties saw a 33% surge with 36 properties sold in Q1 2023 compared to 27 in Q1 2022.
