Mitch – Ready for Adoption at Alaqua
There are so many extra-special dogs to choose from at Alaqua Animal Refuge that it’s always difficult to decide which one to feature next!
This is Mitch, a handsome Labrador Retriever/Beagle mix who was rescued from a local kill shelter after he was picked up as a stray. Still in that charming playful puppy stage, Mitch is full of enthusiasm and intrigued by everyone and everything he meets. His favorite activities are playing with other dogs and running – making him the perfect companion for anyone who is exercise-minded. He has all these awesome qualities, plus he’s great on a leash! Full of the joy, Mitch is anxious for a special someone to call his own, and a loving, forever home – certainly not too much to ask for such a deserving dog.
Alaqua Animal Refuge is a non-profit, no-kill shelter located at 914 Whitfield Road, Freeport. They welcome you to visit all the adoptable animals at their beautiful ten-acre sanctuary any Tuesday through Sunday from 12:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.
