Earlier this year, local Beck England changed her mission in life. She closed her event planning business, took a job that allowed her to spend more time with her family and devoted herself to her new main goal — beating breast cancer.
The 42-year-old said she is fortunate to have been eligible for some clinical trials at MD Anderson in Houston, Texas, but the costs are exorbitant.
