The restaurant – which first opened in 2002 – is undergoing a complete redesign to emphasize its sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, and to take advantage of the restaurant’s immediate proximity to South Walton’s beautiful white sand beaches.
“This is a natural evolution of our already outstanding culinary program and we are thrilled to introduce it to the 30A community,” said Andrew Czarnecki, Managing Director of Resort Operations for St. Joe Club & Resorts.
In addition to dramatically enhanced views from Fish Out of Water’s restaurant and bar, updated décor will underscore the resort’s natural coastal atmosphere and high-end design. Along with a refreshed, welcoming atmosphere, Czarnecki said the redesigned Fish Out of Water will remain committed to offering diners an impeccable level of service, and a sensational, seasonal menu of Southern coastal dishes with global touches.
