It’s the four year-long collaborative work of Atlanta Architect Kenneth Lynch, Interior Designer Georgia Carlee and Builder Mark Breaux. With 7 Bedrooms, 7 Full and 2 Half baths, the original owners envisioned creating a legacy home that will be passed down through the generations. Improving upon what was already one of Florida’s most magnificent properties, the current owners made considerable investments and also enlisted Interior Designer Paige Schnell of Tracery Interiors in Rosemary Beach to fully furnish all 7,228 square feet (spanning three separate structures).
