The LOFTS at Seacrest Beach aims to help, offering premium apartment rentals for both permanent residents and second homeowners who crave the coastal lifestyle year-round. The new apartments are nearing completion on Highway 98 near the east end of Scenic Highway 30-A, just a minute from Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and 30Avenue.
The LOFTS offer one-, two- and three-bed apartment plans, which can be rented for an entire year for the price of a few weeks of a vacation rental.
Amenities at The LOFTS include private garages, a swimming pool, cardio center, private beach access, an outdoor summer kitchen and fire pit, elevator access, a conference center and a club room. The development is also pet-friendly and will host social events for tenants.
