Trebeaché, located in Blue Mountain Beach, is once again gearing up to host the food and music festival that aims to capture the true spirit of 30A. Now in it’s third year, the 30A Blue Crab Festival promises thrice as much fun…and a whole lot of crab. Amanda Shaw will be the headline act for this popular 30A festival.
The three-day festival will feature a Wine Walk About, live music, a Jazz brunch and local blue crab prepared in dozens of delicious ways.

The chefs at Trebeaché will offer walk-a-bout style crab-inspired dishes and more, paired with over 100 wines, craft cocktails and tastings. The Mulligan Brothers will provide live entertainment for the evening.
Tickets are $75 per person and include two tickets to festival on Saturday
Spend the day celebrating the 30A lifestyle with traditional crab inspired dishes, local art, goods, and music.
Vicki McCain, a local icon in our culinary community and the former Proprietor of The Kitchenique Cooking School will host a series of fun and informative cooking demonstrations on Saturday.
Chefs Jim Richard, Irv Miller, Phil McDonald & Dan Pettis have generously donated their time and talent to support the work of SWARA for the future of our beaches. Chef demonstrations will take place inside Trebeache’ on Saturday. The demonstrations are included in festival
Demonstrations will last 30 minutes followed by 15 minutes for sampling and Q&A. All attendees will get a copy of the recipes prepared. Florida Wildlife Conservation Lion Fish Presentation will kick off the fun at 12:00 with a Lion Fish presentation followed by a Lion Fish cooking demonstration & sampling.

Chef Irv Miller of Jackson’s in Pensacola, Fl. will prepare Oysters & Bacon with Spicy Aioli. Immediately following the demonstration, Chef Miller will sign
his new cookbook, Gulf Coast Oysters. Net proceeds of all books sold will be donated to SWARA so think GIFTS!
* SWARA will get $10.00 per book sold.

Chef Phil McDonald of Black Bear Bread Company in Grayton Beach, Fl. will prepare Red Snapper Crudo, Avocado Mousse, XVOO, Flaky Sea Salt, Chili, Grapefruit.

Chef Dan Pettis of One 20, A Modern Bistro in Niceville. Fl. will prepare Shrimp and Lemongrass Pot Stickers with Miso Dashi Broth and quick pickled Kimchee Cucumbers.
Entry is $10 and VIP pass is $35. VIP Pass Holders will get access to VIP Tent with private bar, optimum views of the stage, swag bag with Festival t-shirt and much more!
Jazz brunch showcasing Blue Crab and Chardonnay Brunch at Trebeache Champagne Flights and Blue Crab Pairing Menu. Guests will enjoy live music by The New Orleans Ramblers. This is a non-ticketed event. However, reservations are strongly recommended.
