The real estate market along Walton County’s Scenic Highway 30A remains strong as a growing number of buyers retire or move to Florida in search of the state’s coastal lifestyle, lower taxes and/or a small town remote work environment.
The July data for 30A Real Estate indicates that 30A beaches experienced a strong sales month with a total of 108 properties closed.
Pending properties remained consistent with 75 new contracts secured for homes and condominiums combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida led the local market with over $98 million in sales volume across across both Walton and Okaloosa counties.
This month, the top sale was an $8,400,000 beachfront home at Alys Beach.
