Established in 1983, Shipwreck Island Water Park is located in Panama City Beach, Florida. Spread over a twenty-acre landscaped area, the park offers several fun options including Ocean Motion Wave Pool, The Lazy River, White Knuckle River, Tree Top Drop, The Pirate’s Plunge Racing Slide and many more.
One of the highlights of the park is The Great Shipwreck. Shaped like a 17th century sailing ship, it allows guests to zipline off the ship and drop into the lagoon pool. For families, the Skull Island is a great option with slides for kids and families. The little ones can enjoy The Tadpole Hole activity pool that features a submarine and various kiddie slides.

Whether you’re an adrenaline junkie or laidback, there’s something for everyone.
Trained lifeguards are available on site. Guests can choose form an array of food and drink options that are available for purchase at various sites within the park. There’s plenty of seating available to rest and relax. Guests can also shop for souvenirs and knick knacks at the The Pirate’s Plunder.
