November was a slower month for activity, as we see a dip in 30A real estate sales with just under 90 properties closed and 52 new contracts secured for homes and condominiums combined. However, December looks to be shaping up well with great direction from buyers and sellers alike.
The 30A market was led by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida with 34.5 sides and nearly $44 million in sales volume for the month. The brokerage had over $57 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties during the month of November.
The most expensive single-family home to sell in the state of Florida was a six-bedroom, gulf-front residence at Seagrove.
The highest-priced condo sold at the beach this year is a four-bedroom, gulf-front residence at Turtle Beach II at $2.75 million.
Most realtors agree: November is a great month to buy. See below for more information on single-family home sales north of Highway 98 during November, in both the North Santa Rosa Beach and Point Washington areas.
