January numbers reflect the 30A Beaches real estate market's continued strength.
January’s numbers reflect the 30A Beaches real estate market’s continued strength, with a surge of new contracts at 72 (up from 29 in December) secured for homes and condominiums combined and 56 properties closed. As the market leader in 30A transactions and sales volume, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida’s January 2023 results are no surprise. The company led the 30A Beaches market in both transactions and sales volume with 26.5 sides and nearly $45 million in sales volume for the month.
The brokerage closed over $60 million in sales volume in the Walton and Okaloosa counties.
A four-bedroom residence in the highly sought-after coastal community of Alys Beach was the highest-priced single-family home to sell at $6 million.
The highest-priced condo sold at The Villas was a three-bedroom residence in The Villas at Seacrest Beach that sold for $1.4 million.
