Overlooking the spectacular Gulf of Mexico, The Pearl features beautifully appointed accommodations, destination-worthy cuisine, a welcoming spa, and plush meeting facilities in the heart of Northwest Florida’s most exclusive seaside community. Almost all rooms feature such amenities as a private balcony, in-room spa products by skincare expert Kerstin Florian, a refrigerator stocked with Nordaq FRESH water and juices, and a Keurig Coffee & Tea Brewing System. There’a also complimentary valet parking for overnight guests.
“The Pearl has been carefully crafted to capture the relaxed elegance of life on Florida’s Emerald Coast, yet bring a new level of refinement and excitement to guests and locals alike” said Bill Shoaf, Managing Director. “Rosemary Beach is a special place on the coastline and we look forward to welcoming guests to what we anticipate will be one of the country’s finest luxury resorts.”
On the cusp of today’s most advanced technology, there’s even an iPad with the Intelity App available in each room, enabling guests to book dinner reservations, room service, or place concierge requests before or during their stay. The resort is also the first in the United States to offer in-room Apple TVs, allowing guests to stream wirelessly from the complimentary high-speed wireless internet.
Guests can relax with locally-inspired treatments at the property’s intimate spa retreat or lounge at the exclusive pool, enjoying private cabanas and poolside service from Sol Luna, the rooftop lounge adjacent to the resort’s pool. (Those seeking a more active vacation can take advantage of such amenities at the Rosemary Beach Fitness Center and Tennis Club.)
Executive Chef Michael Guerra (Montage Hotel & Resort, Deer Valley, Utah; The St. Regis Park City, Utah) plans to showcase the best flavors of the region at The Pearl’s two distinct dining destinations.
The menus at Havana Beach take influences from the flavors found along the Gulf of Mexico, such as Louisiana Creole, Texas Coast, Mexico and Cuba, while Sol Luna offers a casual setting under the sun and features a menu of hand-thrown wood fired pizzas and lighter fare.
The Pearl proudly supports local businesses, sourcing meats, fish, and produce for the restaurants from small production, family-owned businesses within 100 miles of Rosemary Beach, such as greens from City Greens Farms, ice cream from Southern Craft Creamery, butter from Ocheesee Creamery, honey from Camp Flowers Honey, and seafood from Sexton’s Seafood. The Pearl also commissioned special art from two local artists-in-residence: Tommy Crow, whose photography and videography installations adorn the walls throughout the resort, and Allison Wickey, who was selected to create a one-of-a-kind mural for The Pearl’s private dining room.
With its unique water-front setting, discerning culinary program, and various meeting facilities including a Ballroom, Board Room and private dining room, The Pearl is an ideal setting for executive level meetings or small groups of up to 90 guests. In addition, the resort is the ultimate destination-wedding venue for buy-outs and couples seeking the best of everything from the setting and intimacy, to the cuisine and accommodations.
Rooms start from $279 in the low season and $459 in the peak spring and summer months.
