Live Well 30A has launched a new website to help visitors find the perfect beach vacation rental in the 13 beach communities along Scenic Highway 30A in South Walton, Florida.

At launch, “Rent 30A” (www.Rent30A.com) already features over 1,000 local vacation rental properties, with new listings and functionality being added every week.

“This area is bursting at the seams with rentals, but it has been hard to navigate those rental waters until now,” said John Wellborn of Rent 30A.

“All of the major rental companies along Scenic Highway 30-A have already listed their properties on Rent30A.com, along with detailed information, photos and video of each neighborhood,” he said.

The Rent 30A website enables users to narrow their search with filters, such as view and location, as well as the ability to save and compare favorite properties.

Rent 30A is managed by Live Well 30A, a local company that offers same-day customer service provided by people who live in the area and know the communities and properties well.

“The big online advertising sites for rental properties like VRBO just can’t offer that personal touch,” said Wellborn.
