Want to have your dream wedding in one of the most beautiful wedding destinations in the country?

The Walton Area Chamber of Commerce and VIP Destin Magazie have partnered together for their first Wedding Destination Give-Away Contest. Locals businesses have donated their products and services to put together a fantastic package worth over $20,000!

The package includes a wedding ceremony on the beautiful sands of Miramar Beach, decorations for the wedding and reception, a full-page bridal profile in the 2016 VIP Destin Magazine, flowers, music, reception, a two-night stay for the bride and groom, accommodations for the wedding party and guests (up to 50), the after-rehearsal dinner, wedding consultation and direction, a vocalist, transportation to and from the wedding, invitations, wedding cake, the bride’s make-up, hair and nails, photography and videography.

“This contest not only provides a couple with the wedding of their dreams, it also spotlights the Chamber’s members and their services as well as the beautiful area we live and work in,” said Mary Huey, director of membership for the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce.

Applications are now being submitted online on the chamber’s website. Deadline for submissions is midnight on March 31, 2015.

Three final couples will be chosen by the chamber’s wedding and events council and, on May 1, the public may vote for their favorite on the chamber’s Facebook page.
