Pescado’s rooftop bar in Rosemary Beach does not disappoint with any of their cocktail offerings!  Along with their casual fine dining experience, their stunningly situated bar with amazing scenery has become quite the popular gathering spot. 1.5 oz Crop Cucumber Vodka

0.5 oz Dolin Blanc vermouth

1 oz Lemon Juice

0.5 oz Simple Syrup

2 Cucumber Slices, slightly muddled

3 Drops Celery Shrub Bitters
