Lights, Art, Action: Digital Graffiti 2026 Illuminates Alys Beach, May 15-16
Art Meets Architecture!
Art Meets Architecture!
Alys Beach is about to shine again. The 19th Annual Digital Graffiti Festival returns May 15 to 16, 2026, transforming the iconic white walls of this scenic 30A town into a glowing, open-air gallery of projection art, light, sound, and imagination.
Known for blending architecture, technology, and contemporary art in one of the most striking settings on the Gulf Coast, Digital Graffiti turns Alys Beach into a living canvas for artists from around the world.
Tickets are now on sale. Click to get your tickets online here.
More than just a festival, Digital Graffiti is a full sensory experience. Artists project original works of digital art across the town’s white stucco architecture, using projection mapping, generative art, experimental short films, animation, sound, motion, and light-responsive installations to create two luminous evenings of innovation and inspiration.

PRO TIP: Download the Digital Graffiti app on the App Store and Google Play before you go to make the most of the festival, browse artist profiles, and stay updated on the schedule, entertainment lineup, and culinary participants.
Curated by media arts veteran John Colette, the festival invites guests to experience art outside the traditional gallery setting, making each installation feel more alive, more immersive, and more connected to the surrounding architecture and landscape.
This year’s digital art lineup features an impressive roster of finalists from around the globe, including Alice Falco, Alyssa Mackersie, Andrii Pedchenko, Areca Roe, Ari Dykier, Austin Shaw, Carlos Vargas, Diana Reichenbach, Jonah Allen, Kaleb River, Komal Goswami, Michael Betancourt, Tracy Miller Robbins, Zlatko Ćosić, and many more creative voices pushing the boundaries of digital projection art.

Be sure to experience the works of this year’s Digital Graffiti Residency Artists, Isabel Clavo of Irrita and Zoltan Varga of Studio EPER, whose installations will be featured throughout the exhibition route.
This year’s DG programming also continues its focus on education and emerging artists. Digital Graffiti partners with area elementary, middle, and high schools, along with university programs, to create a collaborative “laboratory” space for young and emerging talent. Participating schools and programs include Cypress College Media Arts Design, Indiana University Bloomington, Rochester Institute of Technology, Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts Qatar, Savannah College of Art and Design, Seacoast Collegiate High School, Seaside Neighborhood School, Van R. Butler Elementary School, and Magnet Innovation Center High School.

For guests, the Digital Graffiti app will provide artist information, a festival map, and an expanded glossary of art and technology terms. Younger attendees can also join the Saturday scavenger hunt, searching for hidden “Easter eggs” tucked within the artworks themselves.
The 2026 Digital Graffiti Awards will honor artistic innovation across the field of digital projection art, with prizes awarded for Best of Show at $5,000, Curator’s Choice at $2,000, and three Special Recognition awards at $1,000 each. Since its inception, The Alys Foundation has donated more than $300,000 in awards and artist stipends to support digital work in the public realm.
This year’s artistic excellence will be evaluated by a distinguished panel including John Colette, exhibition curator; Marieanne Khoury Vogt, Alys Beach Town Architect and cofounder of Khoury Vogt Architects; Geoffrey Platt, festival technical consultant; Leslie Mooney, Vice President and Executive Director of BLINK; Kady Yellow, international creative placemaking expert; Jennifer Steele, President and CEO of the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County; Brian Duffy, Senior Strategic Account Manager for Panasonic Projector and Display Americas; and George Berlin, immersive experience designer and award winning director.
