One of the most highly anticipated events of the annual Digital Graffiti art festival, the Curator’s Tour, is scheduled to take place May 13, from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m., at Alys Beach North Sea Garden Walk.
Hosted by Digital Graffiti Curator Brett Phares, the Curator’s Tour provides an intimate look at the works for Digital Graffiti 2016 and some of the unique moments made possible by this year’s list of finalists from all over the world.
As always, select works will be highlighted throughout the evening and Phares will be on hand to discuss the pieces and digital art as a whole. Guests will also be able to interact with attending artists and discuss their piece in depth.
Tickets are $125 (adults 21+) and $35 (20-and-under) and are available for purchase here.

An exciting addition to this year’s festival is the participation of local restaurants that will showcase their culinary creations alongside the incredible art.

Participating restaurants include: Caliza, George’s at Alys Beach, Bud & Alley’s, and more to be announced. Cathead Vodka will serve a signature cocktail, and Idyll Hounds Brewing will be on hand with select beers. All food and beverages are included in the ticket price.
Another note-worthy exhibit is by Nota Bene, an Istanbul-based multi-disciplinary studio specializing in digital experience, who will be showcasing their recent work ‘In Order to Control’.
Guests are invited to unleash their creative side by creating their own digital graffiti on the Graffiti Wall. A Virtual Floor will also be installed where people can interact with artwork or play games.
