First annual Thanksgiving Feast at Elephant Walk 
Elephant Walk at Sandestin invites guests and locals to its grand opening celebration on Thursday, June 20th from 6-10 pm. The local hotspot originated on the Emerald Coast in 1985, and for the past 7 years had been operated as a different concept by Sandestin Resort. Local restaurateurs Wayne Lewis and Tom Rice — also owners of Marlin Grill at Baytowne Wharf and Jim N’ Nick’s BBQ — have taken the reins and brought back the cherished Elephant Walk to Sandestin.
This Thursday, guests will enjoy live music featuring Coconut Radio on the pool deck and Jacob Mohr upstairs in the renowned Governor’s Attic. Indulge in beer and wine tastings from Elephant Walk’s menu while watching the vibrant firework display over the Gulf of Mexico at 9pm. Guests of all ages can also treat themselves to mouthwatering s’mores around a festive beach bonfire. (Beach chairs are available for rent or guests may bring their own.)
