Grab a pumpkin or two at Alaqua’s very own pumpkin patch during the entire month of October. Pumpkins are available for purchase Tuesday – Sunday during regular operational hours from 11AM – 4PM. Working in partnership with the Ohana Institute, all pumpkin sales go directly to feed the hundreds of animals currently in care.

Each Sunday in the patch features a special event for the entire family.

Kids take over Alaqua on Sunday, October 29th at the Furry Tails event! Beginning at 11AM, enjoy face painting, a rock painting/coloring table, and dog behavioral training presentations. In addition, the Book Mobile is coming to read stories that will amaze and delight you. To top it off,  they’ll have S’MORES, barnyard friends to visit and adoptable animals to fall in love with!
