Gallery Opening: Battle Bulbs & Other Stuff that Eric loves

Description

Eric Darnell loves transforming junk into art. For this exhibit, he has made 200 tiny robots out of lightbulbs, vacuum tubes, rusty wire, and spare electrical parts. He’s also displaying a collection of things he loves, like a trout he caught in the ’80s, old signs, knick-knacks, and other weird keepsakes. 50% of the proceeds from this art show go directly to the Center for the Arts because art is awesome.

On display August 7 – 29. Free to visit Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-5pm. Open until 7pm on Fridays.
