Description
Chef Joyce and her famous dish can be found at Farm & Fire on Wednesdays. Orders are taken starting at 5:00 PM and paella is ready around 6:00 PM. Chef Joyce learned her famous recipe while in Spain, which she has continued to tweak over the years to bring some panhandle flair. Her use of chorizo instead of plain sausage adds a little extra spice kick, so this dish is not for the faint of heart! Farm & Fire customers can order at their table or at the bar, and it is delivered table side.
