From the beginning of history, humans have found meaning through stories. This class will focus on the art of sculpting our stories in clay, much like the ancient tradition of story-teller figurines. Participants will learn to build forms such as busts, standing figures and animals, and learn to create detailed texture and complex glaze surfaces. This workshop is for adults of all levels – beginner through expert.
