Couples can indulge in a romantic tasting menu for two on Friday, February 14 during dinner service, from 5 – 9 p.m. Priced at $230 per couple, the evening begins with a delightful amuse bouche followed by individual courses of Beet-Cured Flounder adorned with horseradish, capers, radish, citrus and roe; Chesapeake Bay Scallops paired with ruby grapefruit, turnip, daikon and vanilla butter; and Braised Pork Belly + Spaced Shrimp, with sourdough spaetzle, chicory and Kaluga caviar. For their shared main dish, couples can indulge in Whole Grilled Gulf Fish, with grits, piperade, citrus and borage; or Pepper Crusted Chateaubriand served with potato boulangerie, asparagus, forged mushrooms and sauce charcuterie. Completing the intimate meal, Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cheesecake offers a sweet end to finish the night.
