723 Whiskey Bravo, a Gulf-view restaurant and rooftop bar located along Scenic Highway 30A, recently announce a culinary collaboration with George Barnes. Barnes has joined the Executive Staff as Director of Operations of 723 Whiskey Bravo and will officially begin duties on February 15, 2013.

Barnes is well-known in the South Walton community with locals and tourists alike, as the Chef and Owner of the former Smiling Fish Café, which recently closed its doors after thirteen years of success.

“We welcome George’s experience, particularly on 30A, and specifically with the Smiling Fish Cafe,” said Skip and Victoria Moore, owners of 723 Whiskey Bravo. “We know that George’s longtime friends and guests will recognize his influence on our menu and overall dining experience.”

Barnes, who is recognized for his New Orleans-Gulf Coast inspired fresh and flavorful dishes and Southern hospitality, is looking forward to working with the Moore’s to collaboratively achieve 723 Whiskey Bravo’s maximum potential.

“I’m excited that I will be able to continue to build on relationships that I have fostered in our community for the past twenty years,” said Barnes.

723 Whiskey Bravo is located in Seagrove, and serves lunch, dinner & Sunday breakfast.
