The Special Olympics Florida – Walton County will host a meet and greet for athletes, parents, caregivers, donors, sponsors, special needs groups, schools, churches, local businesses, or anyone in the community who is interested in learning about and becoming involved with the Special Olympics Florida – Walton County.
The mission of Special Olympics Florida is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-style sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. It gives them the continuing opportunity to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendships with their families and other Special Olympic athletes and the community.
